Our experience as a group began with Michael Grossman. During his tenure as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Performance Hospitality Management, a division of Wyndham International, and EVP of Owned Assets for Wyndham International, Grossman was the senior managing officer supervising a portfolio of direct managed and asset managed hotels. These hotels ranged in size from a 150-room Holiday Inn to a 1,000-room Wyndham Palace Resort and Spa. This portfolio consisted of over 35,000 hotel rooms and $1.5 billion annual revenues. Currently our asset managed portfolio consists of seven full service hotels located from the east coast to west coast.
Today, all of our PHM national sales team members also participated in the sales and marketing of hundreds of hotels nationwide and beyond.
